    The working principle of air heating is similar to that of air conditioning, which uses the inverse Carnot principle. The main components of air heating are four core components (compressor, evaporator, condenser and throttling device), and three stable parts (liquid storage tank, expansion valve and drying filter). For example, the evaporator is a part of the refrigerant to absorb the heat in the air, and all parts work together to play a role in the heating process.

    1. Refrigerant R410A (gas) enters the compressor;


    2. The compressor quickly compresses refrigerant R410A, and when it reaches a certain pressure, the refrigerant becomes superheated steam;


    3. The steam refrigerant enters the condenser through the pipe;


    4. When the refrigerant passes through the condensing tube, the heat is transferred to the hot water of the condenser, and the refrigerant slowly changes back to liquid state;


    5. The refrigerant enters the throttling device through the pipeline;

    6. Throttling device is a pressure reducing device, which changes refrigerant into liquid state fully;


    7. Refrigerant R410A under atmospheric pressure enters evaporator through pipeline;


    8. The refrigerant enters the evaporator again. Due to the low evaporation temperature of R410A at atmospheric pressure, it will change from liquid state to gas state, and this process needs to absorb heat from air;

    When the heat is transferred to the air cooler, the temperature of the air is lower than that of the air. The refrigerant that absorbs heat enters the compressor through the pipeline and starts the next round of heating.
